Pet Pee Pads line
Custom Pet Pee Pads
Custom pee pads are where buyers who cannot find a match in a standard range usually end up. You specify the dimension, the number of plies, the SAP core loading, the backing film, the pack count and the print; we quote and sample against that brief. Common requests are a non-standard tray size, a thicker core for overnight use, a lighter pad for travel packs, and retail-ready printed bags holding a fixed count. Because we control the converting rather than buying in finished goods, a change to ply or core is a tooling and material decision instead of a new supplier search. Work is handled under NDA and packaging is built around your brand. Send the dimension, the expected annual volume and the destination market, and we will come back with a specification, MOQ and a sample timeline.
Custom pads exist because the standard range cannot cover every tray. The briefs we see most often are a non-standard dimension for a specific tray or crate, a thicker core for overnight or multi-cat use, a lighter pad built for travel packs, and a retail-ready printed bag holding a fixed count. Each of those is a specification decision rather than a product search, which is the point: you are not hunting for a supplier whose catalogue happens to contain your pad, you are telling us the dimension and the performance target and we build to it.
Because we control the converting rather than reselling finished goods, changing the ply count or the SAP loading is a tooling and material decision, not a new vendor to qualify. That is what keeps a bespoke pad inside a normal development window instead of turning it into a sourcing project. Work is handled under NDA, and the specification - dimension, core loading, backing film, print - is not shared with or produced for another buyer. If you need exclusivity on a shape in your market, raise it at brief stage; it is a commercial term we can agree rather than something to negotiate after the tooling exists.
To quote, we need four things: the dimension, the ply and core loading you want, the expected annual volume, and the destination market so we can check labelling and material requirements before anything is cut. We come back with a specification, an MOQ and a sample timeline. A bespoke dimension carries a tooling lead time that a standard size does not, so if your launch date is tight, tell us the date first - sometimes the honest answer is that a standard size ships in time and a bespoke one does not.
