Packaging
Packaging & Labeling
How cat litter and pet pee pads are packed for retail and private label, and the labelling rules we build around your destination market.
Pack formats we supply
Cat litter
- Bulk bags (25 kg woven or paper) for distributors and repackers
- Retail packs in 2.5 / 5 / 10 kg, built to your film specification
Pet pee pads
- Compressed cartons in S / M / L / XL, bulk or retail
- Printed bags with a fixed count for shelf-ready display
Printed retail packs need film and print setup, so they carry a higher minimum than bulk bags. Pack size, film structure and artwork are built to your brief rather than picked from a fixed list.
Private label & white label
- Your artwork, barcode and brand on a proven construction
- Film structure, print colour and pack count agreed at artwork review
- An NDA is signed before any sample or specification is shared
- A specification and its tooling are not shared between buyers
Private label does not mean a new product — it means your brand on a build we already run, in both cat litter and pet pee pads.
Labelling built around your market
- Net weight, country of origin and material description stated identically across the spec, the invoice and the shipping papers
- Multilingual label text where the destination market requires it
- Batch code, barcode and any producer-responsibility marking your market asks for
- Where a market applies packaging producer-responsibility rules such as the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we review them at artwork stage, not after the film is cut
Labelling rules differ by market and change over time. Tell us the destination at quoting stage so the correct statements are built into the artwork before tooling is committed.
