Tofu Cat Litter
Tofu cat litter is a pea-fiber pellet, cut to 1.5, 2 or 3 mm and supplied either unscented or with a scent added to your specification. It is our deepest line, five SKUs, because it is the format widely used in European private-label ranges: the pellet is firm enough to survive transit without crumbling into dust, and small enough that cats accept it quickly. The scented variants, green tea, peach, lavender and Activated Carbon, run on the same tooling as the unscented base, so you can test a scent without committing to a separate production run or a second artwork set. Plant-fiber litter is also markedly lighter than clay per litre, which changes the arithmetic on freight and on shelf logistics for the retailer. We supply this line in bulk bags, retail packs and full private label, with artwork and pack sizes built around your brand.
Tofu is the line widely used in European private-label ranges, and the reason is mechanical rather than fashionable. The pellet is extruded firm enough to survive a sea container without grinding itself into dust, so what lands on the shelf is what left the plant. It is also cut small - 1.5, 2 or 3 mm - and that matters, because cats accept a fine pellet faster than a coarse granule, and a buyer launching a new SKU cannot afford a slow switch-over in the home.
The line carries five SKUs. The unscented base is the workhorse; green tea, peach, lavender and Activated Carbon sit on the same tooling, so a scent is a run configuration rather than a new production line. That is deliberate - it lets you trial one scented SKU in one market without committing artwork and tooling to a full range. Scented and unscented variants can travel in the same container.
Absorbency and dust are held on the specification sheet and checked per batch. If your listing has to state a figure rather than a range, tell us which test method your buyer accepts and we will quote against that standard. Documentation follows the rest of the plant range: composition, heavy-metal and microbiological reports, SDS and biodegradability data.
