Do you support private label and OEM?
Yes. We offer OEM, ODM and private label across both categories, from formulation to packaging. An NDA is signed before any sampling.
What is the typical MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 10 tons per mixed container (one 20GP). Mixed-SKU containers are accepted so you can test multiple lines in one shipment. Custom packaging may require a higher MOQ — tell us your target and we will confirm.
Can I mix products in one container?
Yes. Mixed-container loading is supported across both categories. Tell us your assortment and we will confirm the loading data for the mix.
What documentation do you provide?
We supply test reports and batch documentation with your quotation, plus per-destination compliance documents. Tell us your market and we will list what applies.
How long is the lead time?
Typical lead time is 30 days for first orders and 15 days for repeat orders, from order confirmation. Custom packaging or special formulas may extend this — we will confirm the timeline before you commit.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide from Qingdao. Tell us your destination and we will confirm the shipping terms we can offer for your order.
Can I get a free sample before ordering?
Yes. Sample and trial orders are welcome across every line. Tell us the formulation, granule size and pack size you want to evaluate and we will dispatch a sample kit.
Do you support marketplace-ready packing (FNSKU, barcodes)?
Yes. For e-commerce sellers we prepare marketplace-ready packing, FNSKU labelling and barcodes on request. Tell us your platform and we will confirm the requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed per order and per partner. Tell us your order volume and we will propose terms that work for both sides.
Can you develop a custom formulation or function?
Yes. Through our custom functional programme we prototype a base, granule size, scent and function to your specification, then write the approved spec into the production contract. See the Customization page for details.
