Inquiry form submissions are processed by our form service provider Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Site analytics is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics (cloudflare.com) and Umami (umami.is). Both are configured to run cookie-free and to collect no personal data, so no personal data reaches them from this site. See the Cookie Policy for detail.

2. What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect: your name, company, work email, phone (optional), target market, buyer type, and the message you provide. We also store a record of the consent you give to this policy.

3. Legal basis & use

We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry. We use it solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and send catalogues or samples you request. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or disclose it to third parties except the processors described in this policy.

4. Retention

We keep inquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted. We do not retain it longer than needed for these purposes.

5. International transfer

Green Paws is established in the People's Republic of China, so the information you submit may be processed there. Our inquiry form is handled by Web3Forms, whose infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (US-East region).

Where personal data is transferred outside your home region, we apply safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law. Our form service provider processes submissions under the Standard Contractual Clauses set out in its Data Processing Agreement, and we require every processor we use to be bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to the data they handle.

6. Your rights

Where the GDPR or another applicable data protection law applies to you, you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of, or portability of your data; object to its processing; and withdraw consent at any time. 7. Complaints

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We will cooperate with any such authority.
