Cassava Cat Litter
Cassava cat litter is our flagship plant-based line, extruded from food-grade cassava starch into a low-dust granule. Because the base is a plant-based material rather than a clay blend, the pellets stay pale, hold a tight clump and lift out of the tray in one piece, which is what buyers typically test for when they switch a retail SKU across. Granule size is set to your specification, and the whole plant range runs on the same tooling, so a mixed order does not attract a second setup charge. Tofu, corn and cassava share much of the same plant-base story, so if you are building a shelf with more than one plant SKU, this is the line to anchor it on.
Cassava starch is extruded rather than mined, so the granule comes out uniform in shape and does not carry the fine clay dust that settles in a clay litter bag during transit. For a buyer moving a shelf from mineral to plant litter that difference is the first thing a customer notices; the second is weight, because a litre of cassava litter is a fraction of the weight of the same volume of clay. That changes both the freight arithmetic and how the pack feels in the hand. The pellets also hold together when wet instead of collapsing into the tray, so the clump lifts cleanly on a scoop.
On the order side the line runs in bulk bags, retail packs and full private label. Granule size comes from the extrusion die, so moving between 1.5 mm and 3 mm is a tooling setting rather than a new formulation. That is what lets us quote a mixed plant order - cassava alongside tofu or corn - and hold one lead time across it. Pack size, film structure and printed artwork are built to your brief.

If your destination market runs an extended-producer-responsibility scheme or has specific labelling rules, raise it at quoting stage rather than at artwork stage. Packaging changes are cheap before the die is cut and expensive after.
